● Collaborate with the Studio Manager weekly to assess performance metrics.

● Enlighten members about the core values and culture of Eat The Frog Fitness.

● Maintain consistent communication with members for follow-up.

● Uphold and promote the mission and values of the ETFF team at all times.

● Participate in and assist with fitness-related events, both in-house and externally.

● Attend a minimum of two workout classes weekly.

● Ensure adherence to company standards in all interactions.

● Conduct studio tours for prospective members.

● Respond promptly to incoming inquiries through calls and other channels.

● Keep common areas such as the front desk, lobby, restrooms, and showers clean and organized.

● Tailor membership options to meet the specific needs of new prospects.

● Efficiently handle transactions including debit, credit, and cash.

● Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

● Facilitate smooth check-in processes for all guests by managing guest accounts effectively.

● Assist members with heart rate monitors and class check-ins.

● Support trainers with daily cleaning tasks.

● Engage in outreach initiatives to connect with local businesses.

● Communicate member feedback or concerns to the Studio Manager.

● Attend monthly studio-wide employee events and meetings.
