Job Summary

This role involves refining exchange buy and sell purchases in client accounts, identifying and fixing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transmission agents. You will also be responsible for managing client/Advisor account exemptions, evaluating governing responsibilities, and ensuring reconciliation across BOS and Fund Firms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Processing testimony of membership contracts or transmission requests
  • Coordinating client/Advisor account exemptions
  • Evaluating governing responsibilities (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
  • Solving Field, Dividend, and Transactions Cracks
  • Ensuring reconciliation across BOS and Fund Firms

Requirements and Qualifications
