About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Alternative Investments department, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day reconciliation/trade/transfer activities. Your primary deliverables will include refining exchange buy and sell purchases in client accounts, pinpointing and fixing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transmit agents. You will also handle Business Action Events, settle/reconcile transactions activity, and process/reconcile returns task. Additionally, you may be relied upon to execute study of complex/escalated concerns, do testing/validation of new technology augmentations and supplier adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testimonial of membership contracts or transmission requests
  • Client/Advisor amount exemptions
  • Governing responsibilities (Instances: 2340 and 15C3-3)
  • Settlement of Field, Dividend, and Transactions Cracks
  • Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Firms
  • Testimonial and interpretation of appropriate tax programming and corrections of tax coding

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience in financial transactions and reconciliation are required.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
