Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Counter Sales Associate to join our team at Paul Caf in Qatar-Vendome Mall. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve walk-in customers with a high level of service, utilizing product knowledge and established procedures.
  • Participate in opening and closing duties, adhering to norms and internal procedures.
  • Record and report daily training, taste panels, and wastage forms, as well as any complaints or operational issues to the Manager.
  • Communicate operation details clearly to the team, ensuring a proper handover process.
  • Place orders for needed products from the Stock Keeper, in coordination with the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager.
  • Maintain a clean environment by implementing hygiene practices, such as the Clean as you go policy and sanitation of the counter display.
  • Process orders received from Waiters, setting them according to serving standards, and presenting them to customers within the serving timeframe.
  • Receive and prepare take-away orders, ensuring they are wrapped according to standards, and take special orders from customers.
  • Handle cash payments, including exchange and money transactions, while following set policies.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service
  • Fluency in English
  • Analytical Thinking: level 1
