About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized treatment plans and using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to address cognitive, communicative, social, emotional, and adaptive functioning. You'll gain valuable experience and skills, including:

  • Implementing ABA therapy programs
  • Collecting data and writing session notes
  • Maintaining client safety and confidentiality
  • Working with a supportive team to ensure client success

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
