About the Role

The Customer Care Representative I is a key member of our sales team, responsible for maintaining and growing sales within a defined customer base and geographical territory. This role requires a customer-focused strategy that leads to greater retention of preventative maintenance contracts, higher revenue per customer, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer-centric sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all retention activities within an assigned service agreement customer base, ensuring retention, customer satisfaction, and growth.
  • Deliver increased sales against an assigned quota, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer base, building positive relationships and developing an intimate knowledge of each account.
  • Interface effectively with district operations to deliver and improve service delivery, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet those objectives, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Report progress and metrics to operation and corporate teams on a regular basis, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience in a similar product, service, or industry.
  • Highly motivated and success-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly qualify opportunities and sell intangible services.
  • High degree of self-discipline and independence, with a creative and innovative approach to sales.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $43,100-$64,800+, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a sales incentive plan that rewards project, quarterly, and annual margin achievements.
