We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Multi-Craft Technician to join our team at International Paper. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our fast-paced corrugated packaging facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely perform maintenance and repair tasks on complex machinery and equipment
  • Utilize mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a continuous process manufacturing environment
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to achieve machine uptime metrics and improve overall efficiency
  • Conduct predictive and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing facility
  • Strong knowledge of lubrication, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, electrical, and electronics technologies
  • Excellent teamwork, cooperation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
