About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant's interior and exterior spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors as needed
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
