Key Responsibilities
  • Transport residents to and from activities and appointments
  • Plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities to promote socialization and community involvement
  • Work directly with residents, providing individualized activity care and services
  • Collaborate with the activities department and interdisciplinary teams to foster a positive and supportive environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Prior experience with related software applications
  • Basic computer literacy and skills
