Crisis Support Professional

Crisis Support Specialist needed to provide administrative support during deployments and respond to client crises in the community. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of related work experience, organizational skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Emergency Services team prior to, during, and post deployment.
- Complete tasks such as updating charts in the EMH, gathering insurance information, and coordinating deployments with the Access Point and law enforcement.
- Respond to the ES Support Line and collaborate with Agency On-Call systems and community partners.
- Maintain operational readiness by performing routine safety sweeps and light cleaning and maintenance of apartments and work spaces.
- Assist in apartment admissions and discharges as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Communication, etc. preferred.
- 1-2 years related work experience.
- Organizational, written, and verbal skills.
- Basic computer experience.
