We are seeking a committed After-School Care Facilitator to support our mission at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School (HIES). This part-time role focuses on delivering after-school supervision for students in grades 1-5, assisting with academic tasks, coordinating recreational activities, and fostering a secure and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting students with their homework and enrichment activities
- Designing and implementing age-appropriate recreational programs
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in all activity spaces
- Performing additional tasks as directed by the Director of Auxiliary Programs
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in childcare or after-school programs is advantageous
- Successful completion of background checks and safety training is required
