Key Responsibilities- Onsite Injury Prevention and Intervention: Work directly with industrial and sport athletes to provide early intervention services, including body mechanics training, symptom management, and ergonomic assessments.
- Ergonomics Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ergonomics, posture, and movement screens to prevent musculoskeletal injuries.
- Job Coaching and Ergonomic Services: Provide job coaching to employees, assist with ergonomic projects, and implement strategies to prevent symptoms from developing into long-term injuries.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, document daily visits, and develop presentations to communicate with management and employees.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or related field, with industrial and clinical experience preferred.
- Skills and Certifications: Excellent computer skills, documentation, and report writing skills; CPR certification; valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
