About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Security Engineer to lead our Identity Access Management (IAM) team at CVS Health. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the engineering of IAM solutions, including hands-on implementation and testing
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the IAM team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Implement IAM technologies such as Radiant Logic, LDAP, Neo4J, Java/.NET Development, MySQL, SAML, OpenID Connect, and REST/SCIM APIs
  • Address technical issues and break down complex problems into manageable solutions
Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM)
  • 3+ years of direct experience working on Ping Identity Suite of Products
  • 5+ years of IAM engineering experience
  • 3+ years of resource management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar methodologies
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment
