Cedar Falls Acute Care PCA/CNA Full Time 3rd Shift Position

We are seeking a skilled PCA/CNA to join our team at MercyOne Northeast Iowa in Cedar Falls. As a PCA/CNA, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide patient-centered care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Support the patient care team in identifying patient needs and implementing outcome-based plans of care.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and provide emotional support.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in unit-based functions and adhere to all safety, infection control, and colleague health policies and procedures.
- Verification of successful completion of Nurse Aide I course and Nursing Fundamentals course or Competency Test.
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, staff, and physicians.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people.
