Cedar Falls Acute Care PCA/CNA Full Time 3rd Shift Position

We are seeking a skilled PCA/CNA to join our team in Cedar Falls. As a PCA/CNA, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide patient-centered care. Your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of care to our patients, ensuring their needs are met and their outcomes are optimized.
Key Responsibilities- Support the patient care team in identifying patient needs and implementing the plan of care.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in unit-based functions and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and colleague health policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Verification of successful completion of Nurse Aide I course.
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
- Basic math and reasoning skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people and in high-stress situations.
