Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Supervise and coordinate care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs).
- Facilitate communication with physicians, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
