Overview
MHC Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) with 14 sites in Tucson and Pima County. We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Medical Team at the Ina Health Center, located in Tucson, AZ.

Job Summary
The RN will be responsible for providing coordination of services to patients and their families across the continuum of care. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating the plan of care in partnership with the patient/family and other members of the healthcare team.

Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
