The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000, based on experience and location. You may also be eligible for bonuses, overtime pay, and other benefits.

Duties include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Supervising and delegating tasks to nursing staff
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care

To succeed in this role, you should have a current Arizona Nursing License, 1 year of ICU experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
