Job Summary

The Clinical Care Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the clinical operations of our health center, ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources. This role will involve coordinating with healthcare providers, patients, and staff to deliver high-quality care and meet the needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Coordination: Coordinate patient intake, registration, and scheduling processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of care.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear understanding of treatment plans and instructions.
  • Documentation: Accurately document patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans in electronic health records.
  • Medication Management: Assist with medication management, including labeling, rotating, and stocking medications.
  • Safety and Quality: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Level I fingerprint clearance card preferred.
  • Experience: One year of experience as a medical assistant in an ambulatory healthcare setting preferred.
Salary and Benefits:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
