Production Assembler

At Mindlance, we are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler II, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, working on the cutting edge of global technology to enable our customers to make the world a Healthier, Cleaner, and Safer place.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assembly, alignments, and final configurations of components.
- Apply prescribed methods using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and test equipment.
- Collect test data, document the manufacturing process, and participate in resolving production challenges.
- Assist in the selection and/or set-up of specialized equipment and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance, following audit and safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience required.
- Background in precision mechanical assembly and low-volume, sophisticated manufacturing processes required.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement a plus.
- Target Salary *** per hr Plus 10% shift differential.
- Sign on Bonus - *** at day 30 (paid out by supplier via Beeline after 30 days of being hired as a contingent worker).
- *** at day 90/time of conversion (paid out within 30 days from being hired as a full-time regular employee).
