Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including post-acute care facilities, and provide high-quality care to patients in need.

• Provide quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities
• Collaborate with medical staff and residents to create personalized care plans
• Deliver treatments and administer medications to residents
• Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
• Educate residents and family members about best options for care
• Set up and monitor medical equipment as needed
• Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
• Draw fluids, such as blood and urine, for lab analysis
• Train and supervise nurses and support staff
• Document medical interventions and histories accurately
• Assist with incident investigations

• Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Graduation from an approved nursing program
• Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
• Strong organizational skills
