Job Summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Delegate and supervise nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
  • Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.
  • Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
