Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Meadows of Central Massachusetts. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care and satisfaction.
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- One (1) year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to project a professional image and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
