Key Responsibilities- Provide support to medical providers and RNs in our medical clinic, ensuring efficient functioning of clinical services.
- Represent AnovaWorks professionally, greeting patients and company representatives in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Assist in delivering prompt, quality occupational health services, under direct medical or nursing supervision.
- Coordinate services, providers, and personnel to ensure smooth, timely patient service.
- Prepare patient charts and department forms, accurately obtaining and entering client demographics and other data.
- Administer medication and immunizations within scope of practice, and perform sample collection for blood analysis and urinalysis.
- Clean and stock exam rooms, order medical supplies and equipment, and maintain calibration records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of Medical Assistant course or equivalent with qualifications required for MA-C certification.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous work experience in a medical setting (desirable).
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office or equivalent programs.
