Job Summary

At AnovaWorks, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Certified to join our team. As a Medical Assistant Certified, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our medical providers and RNs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to medical providers and RNs, ensuring the efficient functioning of clinical services.
  • Assist in coordinating services, providers, and other personnel to ensure delivery of smooth, timely patient service.
  • Obtain and enter client demographics, audiometric results, vital signs, patient history, and other data and documentation as needed into computer systems.
  • Administer medication and immunizations within scope of practice and as ordered by the provider.
  • Perform sample collection for blood analysis and urinalysis.
  • Clean and stock exam rooms, order medical supplies and equipment, and maintain calibration records.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of Medical Assistant course or equivalent with qualifications required for MA-C certification.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous work experience in a medical setting is desirable.
