  • Patient Care
    • Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote patient recovery and well-being.
  • Compliance and Quality
    • Ensure that all nursing staff comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that patient needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Licensure
    • Currently licensed to practice by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
  • Skills
    • Thorough knowledge of Joint Commission, CMA, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
    • CPR certification and successful completion of training in CPI within 30 days of employment.
