Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Learning Center in Littleton, Colorado. As a Teacher and Center Staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing our research-backed curriculum, partnering with parents, and supporting the success of our center.

Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development
  • Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children
  • Support the success of our center by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
