Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
  • Execute preventive maintenance to optimize machine performance and lifespan.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical problems in various equipment.
  • Work alongside the engineering team to integrate new machinery.
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects and propose enhancements for operational efficiency.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in the plastics or packaging sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspect, service, and maintain a variety of manufacturing machinery.
  • In-depth understanding of safety regulations within the manufacturing field.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical challenges.
  • High technical and mechanical proficiency, with attention to detail.
  • A degree or certification in mechanical engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
