Licensed Skin Care Specialist
REQUIREMENTS:
The Licensed Skin Care Specialist must possess:
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the field
Experience in a Medical Spa, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Surgery environment
Proficiency in laser treatments including hair removal, V-Beam, Fraxel, and IPL
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Experience with Cool Sculpting, Sciton Lasers, EmSculpt, Exilis, Plasma Pen, and Ultherapy is advantageous
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome clients upon arrival and assist them in exploring our array of services and products
Administer facials and various skin care treatments tailored to client selections
Promote skin care products and additional services
Engage in ongoing education and attend team meetings
Conduct skin care consultations for clients with specific concerns
Achieve monthly sales targets
Experience in performing facials, deep chemical peels, microdermabrasion, derma planing, IPL & BBL, laser hair removal, and blue light therapies
Familiarity with Fractional CO2, Erbium, ProFractional laser, and Ultherapy is a plus
Assist with cosmetic injectables and Botox procedures
Coordinate patient appointments for aesthetic services and consultations
Be available for patient consultations as requested by the physician
Carry out cosmetic procedures as directed by the physician
Educate clients about our offerings and skin care products
Guide clients in selecting appropriate skin care products
Prepare clients for injections and other physician-directed procedures
Follow up with clients post-treatment
Document patient and treatment details accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Sanitize supplies, instruments, and equipment daily
Set up, clean, and disinfect the treatment room regularly
Order cosmetic supplies and products through approved vendors
Manage inventory and ordering of products and samples
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment
