Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving business process improvements and leading change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve revenue, and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Measure and analyze process improvement benefits to ensure effective implementation.
  • Provide direction and oversight to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Education industry, with expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Employee Management, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience in SAP a plus.
