KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes:

  • Cost management and inventory oversight
  • Cash handling and customer service excellence
  • Setting a positive example for your team
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Creating work schedules and managing product orders
  • Training new team members and participating in the hiring process

A profit-sharing bonus is available based on your ability to manage costs effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and preferably have a minimum of one year of experience in restaurant management.
