As a Co-Manager at DL Rogers Corp - Sonic, you will play a key role in the success of our drive-in restaurants. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of food service meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Manage, train, and coach Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Drive-In Operations: Direct and assign employees as needed to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining files, records, and all required documentation.
- Customer Service: Reinforce a customer service mentality and ensure all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
- Problem-Solving: Immediately and respectfully respond to guest requests and report guest complaints to the General Manager.
- Experience: Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years of entry-level retail management experience.
- Skills: Effective communication skills, basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
