Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Co-Manager at a SONIC Drive-In restaurant, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the drive-in. This includes managing employees, monitoring inventory, and ensuring that all aspects of food service meet operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, train, and coach team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Direct and assign employees as needed to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demands.
- Monitor and maintain employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory management and cash handling.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and completing reports.
- Reinforce a customer-centric mentality and ensure all employees are focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations.
- Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience or two years of entry-level retail management experience.
- Effective communication and basic math skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently once given instructions.
- Willingness to abide by company appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
