  • Oversee the strategic direction and management of Operational Analytics within the Quality Operations framework.
  • Serve as the key contact for establishing and enhancing the analytics framework and data collection processes.
  • Explore and implement new technologies to refine processes and insights.
  • Create transparent dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusive workplace environments.
  • Engage with global teams to drive organizational success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to foster continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Professional certifications such as CSQE, CQE, CQA, or PMP.
  • Experience in advanced analytics and data management practices.
