Key Responsibilities
  • Job Site Management: Oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Scheduling and Inspections: Schedule and oversee municipal inspections, ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are in place.
  • Project Progression: Use centralized scheduling tools to progress projects through the build schedule, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Subcontractor Management: Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner and adheres to the scope of work.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform internal inspections as part of our Quality Assurance Process, ensuring that all homes meet our high standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment on every job site, complying with all state and federal governing agencies.
  • Financial Management: Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets, ensuring that all financial obligations are met.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate regularly with homeowners throughout the construction process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Post-Closing and Warranty: Perform timely follow-ups on homes post-closing and manage completion of warranty claims.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in construction science or other related study preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in residential construction industry.
  • License: Driver's license required.
