- Quality Assurance: Perform internal inspections as part of our Quality Assurance Process, ensuring that all homes meet our high standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment on every job site, complying with all state and federal governing agencies.
- Financial Management: Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets, ensuring that all financial obligations are met.
- Customer Communication: Communicate regularly with homeowners throughout the construction process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Post-Closing and Warranty: Perform timely follow-ups on homes post-closing and manage completion of warranty claims.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in construction science or other related study preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in residential construction industry.
- License: Driver's license required.
