We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts.
  • Participate in sales promotions and suggest new and complementary products to increase sales and profitability.
  • Provide substitutions for out-of-stock or discontinued items to optimize fill rates.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person.

Estimated Salary: $17.00/hour

Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software.
  • 2 years of data entry experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
