We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parking Attendant/Valet to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and property, and maintaining a clean and organized parking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Park and retrieve vehicles for guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of parking areas, including sweeping, cleaning, and restocking supplies as needed
  • Collect and process parking fees, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist guests with luggage and directions, providing information about the surrounding area and local attractions
  • Ensure the safety and security of vehicles and property, reporting any incidents or concerns to management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
