Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Therapist at Valera Health, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based therapeutic treatment to patients, promoting individualized recovery, and supporting overall wellness.

Responsibilities
  • Render evidence-based therapeutic treatment to patients
  • Provide an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through tele-health video or telephone
  • Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
  • Provide mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
  • Complete and maintain documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines
Qualifications
  • Active LICSW, LASW, LMHC and/or state equivalent of independent license
  • 1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment
  • 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR
  • Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
  • Prior tele-health or remote experience
  • Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $69,500, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
