We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Dining Room Manager to enhance our team of hospitality experts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of substantial experience in Restaurant Management within a high-volume, full-service dining environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Culinary or Beverage certification is advantageous.
  • Possess an outgoing and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, effectively manage conflicts, and maintain a positive outlook under pressure.

  • Familiarity with inventory control, staff scheduling, and daily operational tasks.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and multitasking skills.
