Ambulatory Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Eating Disorders Collaborative Care Clinic. As an Ambulatory Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide competent, compassionate nursing care to patients and their loved ones.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Conduct clinical triage of new patient referrals and review clinical messages and phone calls from patients.
- Develop a database of resources for patients requiring outside care and assist patients in accessing these resources.
- Provide direct care collaboration with eating disorder programs and community providers as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients with eating disorders and other mental health conditions. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
