Ambulatory Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Eating Disorders Collaborative Care Clinic. As an Ambulatory Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proficient, compassionate nursing care to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Conduct clinical triage of new patient referrals and review clinical messages and phone calls
- Develop a database of resources for patients requiring outside care
- Provide direct care collaboration with eating disorder programs and community providers
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Experience working with patients with eating disorders and other mental health disorders preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
