Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team at Mass General Brigham. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide culturally sensitive and patient-centered care to patients of all backgrounds and income levels.
- Triage urgent calls and assist with walk-ins, prioritizing care based on acuity.
- Assess patient care needs and develop individualized nursing plans.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to promote health and wellness, and ensure effective coordination of care across the care continuum.
- Participate in peer feedback and contribute to the improvement of patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- At least 3 months recent telephone triage experience.
- Recent Ambulatory Care experience required.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
