Personal Lines Service Representative

Job Summary:
The Personal Lines Customer Advocate is the primary point of contact for all service needs, both internal and external. This role requires subject matter expertise in client services, coordination, insurance processing, and customer experience delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating team service deliverables, managing accurate and efficient responses, and ensuring pre-renewal information is sent out within service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client-related documents and services using standard processes to increase effectiveness and improve overall service delivery.
- Administer defined processes, analyze data, and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Champion client cross-selling initiatives and develop customer accounts to drive growth and revenue.
- Manage renewal marketing plans with producers and service teams, ensuring everyone is aware of the plan and it is executed effectively.
- Review quotes for accuracy against supporting documents and negotiate additional coverage or price with underwriters.
- Complete renewal bind processes and checklists accurately and efficiently, ensuring all aspects of the renewal are completed and documented within the file.
- Partner with the team to manage workload and deliver exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding Acrisure's customer service standards.
- Respond to client calls and email requests per customer service standards, using the operating systems as defined and entering necessary information accurately and timely.
- Current insurance license in property and casualty and/or health and life for the state in which the agency office is located.
- Ability to work towards professional designation.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma (college preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a business or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the insurance industry or business-related experience.
- Position requires long periods of remaining stationary, whether in a seated or standing position.
- Must have access to a reliable source of transportation. Some travel may be required.
