Director of Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our multi-disciplinary team at a Residential Addiction Treatment Facility located north of Dallas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision of the nursing staff and will lead and supervise the tech staff management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing nursing and tech staff schedules
  • Providing coverage for open shifts due to sickness, employee termination, etc.
  • Providing continuous client care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling
  • Adhering to company policies and goals
