  • Maintain current information and review medical reports on employees and advise the Personnel Manager as soon as the disabled patient can return to work.
  • Conduct comprehensive orientation of new physicians/NPs, utilizing a competency checklist, ensuring that providers understand and can perform all duties required to competently operate an Occupational Health Clinic, including OSHA recordkeeping and the Electronic Medical Record system utilized by the company. Assist with orientation of nursing personnel as requested by Corporate Medical Operations.
  • Ensure that valid licenses and credentials of all professional staff are collected and available for review as indicated.
  • Conduct or assist in staff performance reviews as requested.
  • Responsible for the ongoing audits of provider charting in EMR for accuracy and compliance.
  • Discuss and incorporate quality assurance measures into all new occupational health program planning.
  • Responsible for all clinical outcomes, metrics, and processes. Achieve and maintain clinical outcomes and population health goals both internal and external to the company, including critical analysis and interpretation of clinical data, understanding and application of population health theory, targeted chart reviews, direct observation, and clinical performance management of clinicians to ensure both contract requirements and clinical outcomes are met/exceeded.
Requirements
