Asset Manager Job Description

Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our client's Real Estate Asset Management team. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the investment teams on deal-level valuations and projections, updating models with necessary inputs and assumptions, and troubleshooting the model's formulas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of investment opportunities and provide recommendations to the investment teams
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions
  • Monitor and track portfolio debt and level metrics
  • Prepare investor materials, including fund level net and gross returns
  • Support ongoing IT initiatives and maintain database with projected deal information

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Big 4 Real Estate Valuations, Transactions, or another RE Fund in an Asset Management role
  • Strong financial modeling experience and property and fund experience required
  • Strong GPA 3.5+ and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
