Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment.
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Provide desktop and network support, including setup, configuration, and addition of hardware.
  • Assist corporate desk-side support technicians with large IMACs.
  • Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
  • Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
  • Train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed.
  • Determine and recommend products or services that best fit customers' needs.
  • Imaging and image recovery, break/fix repairs on desktops and laptops, and installation/reinstallation of software packages and updates.
  • Support of wireless devices and WiFi and VPN connections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills.
