Home Health Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Care Manager to join our team in Arlington, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.
About the RoleAs a Home Health Care Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating clinical services, ensuring that patients receive appropriate care and support. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.
The ideal candidate will have current RN licensure in the state of Washington, as well as current CPR certification. You will also need access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
