  • Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics concepts and tools is advantageous.
  • Prior experience using Jira software.
  • Understanding of the agricultural business landscape and its processes.

Key Responsibilities of the ideal candidate:

  • Lead architect for overall business processes and solution design within the assigned functional area.
  • Coordinate project tasks with business team members and subject matter experts.
  • Responsible for gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Assist in fit/gap analysis and develop solutions to address identified gaps.
  • Oversee and execute design, configuration, testing, training, and transition for commercial areas.
  • Acquire knowledge of end-to-end business processes and systems for the project and future support.
  • Design efficient processes leveraging available technologies.
  • Manage system configurations to support business operations.
  • Create and execute test cases.
  • Develop and deliver training for end users and super users.
  • Provide ongoing support post-project, maintaining systems and processes while participating in upgrade and enhancement initiatives.
