Job Title: Administrative Assistant

This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and office support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • General office duties, including phone reception, visitor greeting, and maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing conference calls.
  • Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports, and ensuring proper filing and organization of company records.
  • Managing office supplies, tracking inventory, and ordering as needed.
  • Data entry and database management, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Distributing company-wide communications, reminders, and updates.
  • Assisting with expense reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Providing administrative support for special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with associate's degree or additional administrative training preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $70,500 per year.
